Dr Karishma Hemmady
MBBS, MD(Derm), SCE(Derm), DpD(Derm), FRCP, MS-Law
Dr. Hemmady is a Consultant Dermatologist with 14 years of clinical experience. She is certified and licensed to practice dermatology in India, the UAE, and the UK. Her expertise spans general dermatology, acute dermatology, skin cancers, pediatric dermatology, procedural dermatology and aesthetic dermatology, in both the NHS and private practice with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.
In addition to holding a Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP), her academic achievements include MD(Dermatology), DpD dermatology from Cardiff University, masters of medical law from University of Maryland Francis King Carey school of Law.
She has held positions across several major NHS trusts including Frimley Health, East and North Hertfordshire, Ashford and St Peter’s, and the Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust.
She has worked with leading pharmaceutical companies on clinical trials and dermatology research projects, contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and patient care models. She is a published author in peer reviewed journals and a reviewer for several dermatology journals.
Her perspective on patient rights, clinical governance, and regulatory framework in healthcare are enhanced by her Masters in medical Law (MS-Law).
She strives to bring a globally informed, patient-centered approach to her dermatology practice with a commitment to clinical excellence, and ongoing research.
Dr Sadia Ammad

Dr Sadia Ammad is a senior Consultant Dermatologist with over two decades of experience spanning medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology in both NHS and private practice. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and is listed on the GMC Specialist Register for Dermatology.
Her academic training includes a Master’s degree with distinction in Dermoscopy and Dermato-oncology from the Medical University of Graz, and an MSc in Dermatology from Cardiff University. She also holds board certification in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr Ammad’s clinical expertise covers a wide spectrum: general dermatology, paediatric dermatology, skin cancer diagnosis and surveillance, vulval dermatology, minor skin surgery, and advanced aesthetic and laser treatments. She has held consultant positions across several major NHS trusts, including Ashford and St Peter’s, West Middlesex Hospital, and the Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust.
She is a published author in peer-reviewed journals. Dr Ammad also plays a key role in professional development within the specialty as a reviewer for the Joint Royal Colleges Training Board (JRCPTB), where she assesses Portfolio Pathway applications.
